Overview

SAP Error Explainer is a Chrome extension that helps SAP Fiori/UI5 users understand system errors. The extension detects visible SAP error messages and sends them securely to a backend API for AI-based explanations.

Data Collection

This extension does not collect, store, or share any personal or identifying data. It only processes visible SAP error message text for explanation purposes.

Third-Party Services

The extension communicates with an external API (e.g., your Render backend) to generate explanations via OpenAI. No personal information, login data, or SAP business data is transmitted.

Data Retention

Logs are stored locally in the user’s browser and can be cleared at any time using the “Clear Logs” option.
